Our restaurant showcases fresh regional produce with an interesting local and international menu.

The Hawkins family frequently looks to Europe and other international markets for inspiration when designing and adding garden features, whilst never losing sight of the fact that Mayfield is a uniquely Australian horticultural destination.  This local and international approach to designing and developing the garden is a philosophy that is also reflected in the food that we serve at the restaurant.

The produce served at Mayfield is either grown onsite or sourced from local growers and suppliers.

Our menu changes with the seasons, with an example of a recent Spring offering detailed below.

Mayfield also produces its own range of conserves and jams, which are available for purchase at the restaurant.
