Of course, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
Or, on the other hand, you could leave the hassles of catering behind and pre-order a delicious picnic box from the Mayfield Restaurant and collect it on arrival.
With catering out of the way, all you then need to focus on is choosing one of the great picnic locations that exist across the vast expanse of our gardens.
There are some great choices to fill your picnic hamper, and because you pay per head there is minimal wastage.
You can even top up your picnic with a bottle of wine - we will provide disposable glasses, as well as all other picnic cutlery and napkins.
You just need to place your order 48-hours in advance.

Classic
Bacon wrap with lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese and avocado. Anitpasto of olives and gherkins, camembert and crackers.
International
Vietnamese rice noodle salad with poached chicken, mint, coriander, crispy shallots, spring onion and peanuts. Served cold.
Vegetarian
Frittata of the day. Served with garden salad containing rocket, onion, tomato and capsicum, with vinaigrette dressing.
The price per serving is $30, and not only do you receive the amazing picnic meal described above but each individual serving also comes with:
A dessert slice (caramel slice, chocolate brownie, or similar)
Bottle of water
Picnic cutlery and napkins
Your picnic can be collected from the Mayfield ticket box during festivals or directly from the restaurant outside of festivals.
Food is packed in a transportable carry bag that will enable you to reach your picnic location with maximum convenience and minimal effort.
