Mayfield offers a luxurious glamping experience for several weeks during Spring, Summer and Autumn.

Glampers get to immerse themselves completely in the garden as they bed down for the night in one of our luxury tents.

Not only do you get to spend a night in one Australia’s most spectacular cool climate gardens, but your glamping package also includes luxurious accommodation, a three-course a la carte dinner at our renowned garden restaurant and garden entry tickets.

We will also happily cater a sunset picnic for couples or families, and you can even organise to have breakfast delivered to your tent door.

There are Mayfield Glamping packages for couples and families, all of which grant access to the entire 65-hectare garden, including  the private family estate.

Our luxuriously appointed tents are fitted with authentic natural fibre rugs, a Queen-size bed, luxurious mattresses, and high-grade linen.

Guests can relax post-dinner in the well-lit communal area before retiring to their tent for the night, but only after the most spectacular stargazing experience of your life.

29 March - 18 May

Starting at $475 per couple, which includes accommodation, three-course a la carte dinner and garden entry. Children under 16 stay for an additional $105 per night, with maximum of of four people (two adults and two children) per tent.

What to Bring

Mayfield is part of a cool climate region and located more than 1,000m above sea level, so bring warm clothes for both day and night

The Mayfield restaurant opens from 8am-4.30pm during festival and serves breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, wine, beer and other refreshments (any purchases are additional to your glamping package).

Inclusions

• Full garden access on day of arrival and departure

• Luxurious linen, premium queen size mattress, interior rugs, custom wooden bed bases, outdoor chairs and table, bedside tables, cushions, pillows and towels

• Each tent receives a pamper pack containing shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion

• Three-course a la carte dinner for two. Two-course meal included for each additional child aged 16 and under. (Drinks are additional cost.)

• Dinner served at restaurant from 6:00-8:00pm.

• Undercover communal space

• Hot showers available for exclusive use of glamping guests

Terms & Conditions

• Check in time is between 4pm and 7pm.

• You must check out by 10am – we need to get the tent ready for the next evening’s guests

• You can choose to arrive earlier than 4.00pm and spend time in the garden prior to accessing your tent. Similarly, you can stay in the garden after checking out of your tent

• Our tents will fit a maximum of four people - two adults and two children (aged 16 years and under)

• Tents are fitted with a Queen-size bed, whilst children are provided with a single mattress.

• Rain does not affect our glamping bookings. Our tents are 100% waterproof and there is adequate additional cover as well as dinner inside at our restaurant.

• Mayfield Garden does not refund upon cancellation, but you are permitted to transfer your booking to another family member or friend

• Dates of your visit can be changed within the same season, subject to availability

• No dogs or other pets are allowed to stay overnight in the garden

• You can’t bring your own food and drinks

• Quiet time starts at 10pm - please respect other guests - we reserve the right to ask you to leave, without a refund

• No smoking in tents or glamping area

• You can’t light a campfire of any description

• For safety reasons, you must stay inside the glamping and/or café area between sunset and sunrise
